Sadrži 12 do 13 % alkohola te 5 do 6 g/l kiselina.
Opolo is a characteristic, high quality dry rose wine from the wine-growing regions of the island of Hvar. It is produced from the autochthonous Dalmatian grape cultivar Plavac mali, growing in the regions called Dracev Dolac, Krusvica and Podhum. It is dark pink in colour, with rich bouquet of the Plavac mali grape variety, and fresh and balanced flavour enhanced with refined fruit odour. Before being bottled it must be aged for at least 12 months. It contains from 12 to 13 vol. % of alcohol as well as 5 to 6 g/l of acid. We recommend the wine be served at temperatures from 12°c to 18°c with white meat and sea fish.
