Pharos Gand Cru Dubje je vrhunsko suho crno vino kontroliranog zemljopisnog podrijetlahvarskog vinogorja s izabranog najboljeg
lokaliteta Dubje. Proizvodi se ručnom obradom vinograda podignutog na 220 terasa i visinskom razlikom 150 metara te ručnim izborom najboljeg ubranog grožđa uz prosiječan rod od 0,5 kg po čokotu od autohtone dalmatinske sorte Plavac mali te autohtone hvarske sorte Darnekuša. Guste tamnocrvene je rubinske boje s ljubičastim odsjajem te snažnog robusnog kombiniranog sortnog i barrique okusa i mirisa. Vino odležava minimalno 18 mjeseci u hrastovim barrique bačvicama te još 12 mjeseci u hrastovim bačvama prije punjenja. Sadrži od 15 ? 16 % alkohola uz ostatak 2 ? 4 g/l neprovrelog grožđanog šećera te 4,5 ? 5,5 g/l kiselina. Preporučujemo ga servirati uz obavezno dekantiranje 30 minuta prije na temperaturi od 18 ? 22°c uz najfinija jela od tamnog mesa i divljači.
Pharos Gand Cru Dubje is a high quality dry red wine with the Controlled Designation of Origin from the best Hvar winegrowing area called Dubje. It is produced from manually cultivated vines grown on terraces 220m high at 150 m above the sea?level by the manual selection of the best autochthonous Dalmatian grape cultivar Plavac mali and autochthonous Hvar grape cultivar Darnekusa with an average crop of 0.5 kg per vine plant. It is dark, ruby red in colour with violet reflection and rich, robust combination of sort?pure ann barrique bouquet and odour. Before being bottled the wine must be aged for at least 18 months in small barrique oak?barrels and another 12 months in oak?barrels. It contains from 12 to 12.5 vol. % of alcohol together with the remaining 2 ? 4 g/l of unboiled grape sugar and 4,5 to 5.5 g/l of acid. We recommend the wine be served at temperatures from 18°c to 22°c with the most delicious dishes of dark and game meat. It should be decanted 30 min. before serving.
