Darnekuša je kvalitetno suho crno vino hvarskog vinogorja posebne svježine. Proizvodi se od istoimenog raritetnog autohtonog hvarskog kultivara na lokalitetu Vrh na 580 metara nadmorske visine što su ujedno vinogradi na najvišoj nadmorskoj visini u Hrvatskoj. Rubinske je boje, odnjegovane svojstvene arome te iznenađujuće svježeg okusa. Prije punjenja vino odleži minimalno 12 mjeseci u hrastovim bačvama. Sadrži od 12 do 12,5 vol. % alkohola te 6 do 7 g/L kiselina. Preporučujemo ga servirati na temperaturi od 16C do 20C uz jela od mesa i plave ribe. Darnekuša is high quality dry red wine, extremely fresh from the wine-growing hills of the island of Hvar. It is produced from the rare, autochthonous Hvar grape cultivar bearing the same name and growing in the region called Vrh at a height of 580 m above sea level. These vineyards are situated at the greatest height above sea level in Croatia. It is ruby red in colour with a sensational aroma and extremely fresh flavour. Before being bottled it must be aged for at least 12 months in oak-barrels. It contains from 12 to 12.5 vol. % of alcohol as well as 6 to 7 g/L of acid. We recommend the wine be served at temperatures from 16°C to 20°C with meat and oily sea fish. |
